At Cleveland Clinic Akron General, we have a closely knit team of 29 physicians and four advanced practice providers. Our diverse group is made up of clinicians from various backgrounds who work together to provide exceptional patient care.
We are proud to participate in several hospitalist committees and QI projects, while also enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Our hospitalists work approximately two weeks of swings and two weeks of nights annually, with a seven-on/seven-off rotation.
Cleveland Clinic Akron General is a 532-bed regional medical center with a prestigious 'Magnet' status. We utilize the EPIC EMR system and do not require procedures or codes in the ICU. For those interested in teaching, we work with IM and FM residents from the Cleveland Clinic Akron General residency program.
