Local Team Collaboration
- We believe in local, site-led leadership.
- Strong collaboration between all (4) physicians and (22) CRNAs on the team.
- Completion of a US Residency.
- Board certification in Anesthesia.
- Active FL license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have prior leadership experience, whether formal or informal, and a desire to continue developing and advancing their leadership career.
- 13 weeks of vacation time.
- Ideal working schedule with limited call.
- This is a Medical Director position which includes clinical duties in addition to administrative.
- Must be comfortable with regional anesthesia.
- Lakewood Ranch Medical Center cases include general, ortho (total/partial joint, shoulder, hand, foot & ankle), Spine and Neuro (discectomies, laminectomies, craniotomies, spinal cord stimulator), Uro, Plastics, OB/GYN, EP/IR, and other services.
