Local Team Collaboration
- Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 3 APPs at Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital.
- Work alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology.
- Our physicians are from all over the country, reflecting the unique environment where they willingly fly in monthly.
- Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with ATLS.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Flexible Scheduling
- Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available.
- Our emergency department provides single doctor coverage with an APP from 11 am to 11 pm.
- Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 12 beds in an open ICU setting, seeing 16,650 patients annually.
- Foster collaboration and support among team members.
- Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus.
- Utilize advanced medical technology and handle transfers through the Convenant Transfer Center.
- Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
