Join an Award-Winning Creative Production Team!
We’re a multi-award-winning music, video, and audio production company looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to help keep our projects running smoothly from kickoff through final delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the fast-paced world of creative production and excels at keeping people, schedules, budgets, and details organized. You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, production crews, and outside vendors to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and everyone is on the same page.
This is a project management and coordination role—not a producer position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving, communicating, and making sure all the moving pieces come together.
The position starts part-time, with a minimum commitment of three days per week and the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company and workload expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from client kickoff through production, post-production, and final delivery.
- Coordinate schedules, timelines, budgets, estimates, expenses, and billing.
- Communicate with clients, gather materials, provide updates, and manage feedback and approvals.
- Coordinate casting, talent, crew, locations, permits, equipment, and shoot logistics.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, call sheets, production documents, and project records.
- Coordinate with editors, animators, audio engineers, musicians, voice talent, and external vendors.
- Track deadlines, revisions, deliverables, and expenses while proactively resolving logistical challenges.
- Help ensure projects are organized, efficient, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or coordinating video, commercial, corporate, educational, music, or audio production projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, creative teams, talent, and vendors.
- Familiarity with production scheduling, budgeting, casting, location coordination, and post-production workflows.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort tracking expenses, coordinating billing, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- A dependable, self-directed professional who takes ownership and follows through.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when projects require it, including occasional extended shoot days and travel.
Schedule & Compensation
- Minimum three days per week, with additional hours as needed.
- $23/hour for regular work hours.
- $40/hour for video shoot days.
- Additional opportunities to earn money through other project-related work and responsibilities.
- Occasional long production days and travel may be required.
- Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
