Position Summary
This is a hybrid W-2 position for an independently licensed clinician who values high-quality clinical work, professional autonomy, and a collaborative practice environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with adults and/or couples and is seeking a long-term professional home where they can build a meaningful caseload while maintaining work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
* Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or couples
* Maintain clinical documentation in SimplePractice
* Manage a consistent outpatient caseload
* Participate in occasional team consultation and collaboration
* Deliver high-quality, ethical, client-centered care

Qualifications
Required:
* Illinois license in good standing (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
* Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience preferred
* Comfortable working independently
* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to maintain regular in-person availability in Batavia
Preferred:
* Experience working with couples
* Interest in men’s issues, relationships, life transitions, grief, anxiety, or identity development
* Relational, attachment-based, emotionally focused, psychodynamic, or insight-oriented approach
