Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time , hybrid role for a Therapist located in Illinois, United States. The Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions designed to address a wide array of emotional and relational challenges. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with other professionals as needed. The Therapist will also contribute to workshops, training, and group therapy programs.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in individual, couples, family, or group therapy
- Ability to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills for fostering trust and rapport
- Knowledge of mental health treatment strategies, stress management, and applied behavioral analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for record-keeping and client interactions
- Familiarity with conducting workshops and providing public speaking on mental health topics
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure in Marriage and Famiky Therapy (LMFT) Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent is required
. Associate/Pre licensed clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
