Location: In-office (Chandler) with hybrid flexibility after training

What You’ll Do
- Make 100-200 outbound cold calls to real estate agents to source off-market investment opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with agents (our #1 client)
- Analyze properties (ARV, comps, repair estimates, price floors)
- Make 20–40 offers per month using our underwriting & deal desk systems
- Negotiate and secure purchase contracts
- Manage a pipeline with daily KPIs and accountability
- Work closely with leadership and the sales manager for coaching and upskilling
Success here = discipline consistency coachability.

Requirements
- Active Arizona real estate license (or willingness to obtain — we guide you)
- Ability to work full-time in our Chandler office
