What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Sotera’s clients and internal leadership team while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day client operations and service support
- Managing and coordinating audit-related processes, deadlines, and documentation
- Supporting office management and administrative operations
- Preparing polished PowerPoint presentations for leadership, client, and board meetings
- Coordinating and assembling board books, meeting agendas, and supporting materials
- Assisting with board meeting presentations and executive-level communications
- Working with regulators across the U.S. and supporting regulatory communications, filings, and follow-up needs
- Managing periodic 3–5 year state regulatory examinations and coordinating documentation, responses, and communications related to those exams
- Collaborating closely with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in client services, operations, office management, audit coordination, regulatory support, or executive support
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience preparing board presentations, and executive meeting materials
- Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with regulators, compliance-related processes, and state examinations
- Experience in insurance, captive management, accounting, financial services, or other regulated industries helpful.
