Senior Workday Consultant for Talent and Learning
Our firm is representing a leading professional services organization currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Cloud Consulting division. This role focuses on helping clients maximize their investment in Workday, specifically within the Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Optimization modules. The position is based in McLean, Virginia, with a hybrid work structure.
In this role, you will act as a key advisor during system transformations and ongoing optimization efforts. Your daily responsibilities will involve leading the design and implementation of technical solutions for clients in a post-production environment. You will manage various aspects of the optimization lifecycle, including system assessments, Phase X deployments, and high-level production support.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least two years of direct experience working with Workday. Candidates with a Bachelors degree need a minimum of three years of experience in Recruiting, Learning, or Talent management within Workday or a similar ERP. Those with a Masters degree need at least one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, seven years of professional experience in Human Capital Management systems can substitute for a degree.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with approximately 25 percent travel to attend key project milestones or visit office locations as needed. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft office suite is expected.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess active Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, or Benefits. Experience navigating Workday implementations within the Public Sector is also highly desirable.
The anticipated salary for this role ranges from 113,000 to 188,000 USD per year, depending on the specific skills and certifications the successful candidate brings to the team.
