Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives while building and scaling a strong TPM organization. This leader will bring deep technical expertise, exceptional collaboration skills, and a strong execution mindset to drive delivery across large, cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans, while influencing stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and data science. This role plays a key part in shaping program strategy, managing risk, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in technical program management
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience designing and delivering data-intensive, distributed computing solutions
• 3 years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• 3 years of experience developing highly scalable mobile products and platforms
• 3 years of experience delivering B2B SaaS products
• 3 years of experience working in Agile delivery environments
• 3 years of experience leading large, complex programs with ownership of technical or business vision, cross-functional alignment, and delivery execution
• Experience building systems and solutions within regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
