Our Client is Looking a dynamic Real Estate Manager to support its Distribution and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) infrastructure strategy across a national warehouse and distribution network. This role is responsible for executing real estate initiatives that support operational efficiency and long‑term growth, including lease management, site evaluations, and coordination of real estate transactions tied to new builds, expansions, and consolidations.
This position is based in Frisco, TX.
Position Overview
The Real Estate Manager plays a critical role in aligning the organization’s facility footprint with business and supply chain objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in real estate operations within a fast‑paced logistics, DSD, or supply chain environment and is comfortable partnering across functions to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Planning & Execution
- Support real estate strategy development by identifying and evaluating acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with external brokers, landlords, and internal teams to execute real estate transactions across the distribution portfolio
- Track lease milestones and proactively manage renewals, terminations, amendments, and expansions
Property Assessments & Site Support
- Conduct site evaluations to support warehouse expansion, consolidation, or relocation initiatives
- Compile, analyze, and summarize facility and utilization data to inform site selection decisions
- Support due diligence activities and onboarding for new or acquired facilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Construction teams to align on lease terms, approvals, and project timelines
- Partner with field and operations leaders to translate business needs into real estate and site requirements
- Prepare executive‑level summaries, dashboards, and real estate updates for leadership review
Lease Administration & Reporting
- Maintain a centralized lease database including expiration dates, options, financial terms, and key clauses
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting related to real estate performance metrics such as square footage utilization, cost efficiency, and lease escalations
- Identify, monitor, and escalate risks related to lease expirations, landlord disputes, or site constraints
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or facilities planning within supply chain, logistics, DSD, or CPG environments
- Strong understanding of lease structures, real estate contracts, and site due diligence
- Experience with asset and property management
- Proven project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and lease administration or real estate database tools
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred
- Experience working with enterprise real estate platforms or tools such as lease management systems or property databases
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $96,800 – $135,000 annually (final compensation aligned to experience and qualifications)
