We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Program Analyst to support project reporting, dashboard development, and data management across high-impact engineering and program teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into clear business insights using tools like JIRA and Tableau.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain project data, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Configure and optimize JIRA and Tableau boards for project tracking
- Build reports, visualizations, and executive dashboards
- Create charts, graphs, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency
- Support teams with reporting requests and analytics needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with data reporting, analytics, or program coordination
- Strong skills in JIRA, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools
- Ability to build dashboards and communicate insights clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
