About the role
We’re hiring experienced Program Management leaders to own the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle — from concept to market launch. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role acting in a general manager–style capacity, driving scope, cost, schedule, and commercial success for innovative consumer products.
What you’ll do
- Lead global, cross-functional teams to bring new products from ideation to launch
- Own program delivery across scope, cost, quality, and timeline
- Drive governance, risk management, and decision-making using KPIs and data
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and go-to-market teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, resource gaps, and dependencies
- Communicate progress and escalations clearly to senior leadership
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline
- 8–10 years of Program Management experience
- Strong background in New Product Development (consumer goods preferred)
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong bias to action, accountability, and results
- Proficiency with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint
