Our client is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead modernization initiatives in the insurance domain.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business strategy and translate it into actionable features and user stories.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Agile teams, ensuring clarity and testability.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
- Define and document business processes, identify risks, and implement improvements.
- Prepare the organization for change with adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
- Mentor other Product Owners and lead development efforts across multiple teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years in process improvement, project delivery, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and other delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years in Property & Casualty Personal Lines (Auto preferred).
- 6 years modernizing Personal Lines using Guidewire Policy Center or Duck Creek.
- Experience leading agile product development and legacy system transformation.
- Deep understanding of insurance product functionalities (Quote, Policy Processing, Rating, Underwriting).
- Guidewire Associate/Analyst Certification.

Salary : $103,450 - $197,730
