Our client is looking for a Product Management Associate who’s eager to grow their career by contributing to impactful products in the Commercial Banking space. In this role, you’ll support senior product leaders in shaping digital solutions that power lending, treasury, and financial operations across a large-scale banking environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of products that align with strategic goals and daily operations in commercial banking
- Contribute to strategies that help deliver tailored solutions for business clients and empower financial advisors
- Assist in building scalable, “always‑on” technologies that improve efficiency and profitability
- Help strengthen controls, monitoring, and processes to reduce operational risk
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver new features
- Participate in discovery, requirement gathering, testing, and launch support

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience translating business needs into digital product requirements
- Exposure to platforms supporting customer-facing digital experiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
