We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Manager of Product Design to lead and inspire a team of designers in shaping user-centered digital experiences. This role blends strong design leadership with deep product design expertise, business acumen, and a passion for solving complex challenges through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Lead a team of designers in developing visually engaging, functional, and user-centered products across multiple platforms. Guide the use of appropriate design tools, frameworks, and systems to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing, inclusive design culture. Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and support team members in developing their skills and careers.
- Strategic Direction: Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to create design strategies that align with organizational goals. Translate insights into design direction that drives measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Human-Centered Design: Champion a research-driven, human-centered design process that balances user needs with business objectives. Apply design thinking, data, and insights to deliver innovative, market-relevant solutions.
- Business Alignment: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer behaviors. Use strategic insights to prioritize design efforts and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle multifaceted design challenges with creativity and structured thinking, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and business constraints.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- At least 2 years of experience leading and developing design teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of product design experience with a proven record of delivering impactful digital solutions.
- Advanced experience using design systems and component libraries.
- Experience collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and business teams.
- Background in leading design initiatives in regulated or data-intensive industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, leadership impact, and design outcomes.
Salary : $175,500 - $200,300
