We’re seeking a Process Automation & AI Analyst to support a Corporate Compliance & Integrity team by designing and implementing technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and monitoring.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions for compliance processes
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support compliance monitoring and decision-making
- Improve policy management, reporting, screening, and triage workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally on process improvement and control design
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar
- 4 years’ experience in process improvement and automation
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and operational controls
- Strong data analysis, visualization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Compliance/Ethics certification (e.g. CCEP)
- Experience with automation and project management tools
