Our Client is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving strategic financial planning and performance insights. As part of this role, you’ll develop forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans while analyzing key performance indicators to uncover trends and insights. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, challenge existing processes, and present financial stories in a compelling and visual way to support growth and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Build and enhance financial models to assess business performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct profitability, revenue, and expense analyses to identify drivers of performance.
- Monitor KPIs, highlight trends, and investigate variances to provide actionable recommendations.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis.
- Research market and industry trends to evaluate competitor strategies and benchmark financial performance.
- Provide financial insights for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and new market opportunities.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and dashboards to visualize financial and operational data.
- Perform ad hoc analyses using internal systems and external data sources, synthesizing insights into concise presentations.
Travel Requirements
- Average travel expected: 10–15%.
Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis or financial planning.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA).
- 5 years of experience in financial modeling and business analysis.
- 3 years of experience using SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
- Background in financial services, technology, or banking.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Salary : $106,700 - $121,700
