Our Client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager – Product Marketing to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness across their region. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies while managing a high-performing team and end-to-end marketing operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, expand market reach, and support business growth. You will oversee campaign planning, content creation, events, digital presence, and online store operations, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Drive brand awareness through campaigns, communications, and targeted outreach
- Create and manage content across channels including email, social media, webinars, and publications
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and impact
Events & Brand Promotion
- Plan and manage trade shows, events, and speaking opportunities
- Coordinate booth design, marketing materials, logistics, and presentations
- Enhance brand positioning and visibility at industry events
Content & Digital Management
- Oversee creation and updates of brochures, materials, and marketing assets
- Manage website content and collaborate with external vendors for digital enhancements
- Lead social media strategy and ensure consistent branding across channels
E-commerce & Operations
- Oversee online store operations, including inventory systems and ordering processes
- Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and ensure effective allocation of resources
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering engagement and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Represent marketing in leadership discussions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of marketing experience, including team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, communications, and campaign execution
- Experience managing events, digital platforms, and marketing content
- Solid business and financial acumen with experience handling budgets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools
