We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding projects through the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and planning to implementation, training, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance business needs with technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead and manage projects through the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure successful execution and implementation.
- Establish project milestones, critical paths, and performance metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Stakeholder & Requirements Management
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Facilitate planning, design, and requirements workshops to define scope, objectives, and solution approaches.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between project stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level reports.
Governance, Risk & Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
- Maintain project governance standards and ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, risk logs, budgets, and decision records.
- Ensure audit readiness through accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
Implementation & Change Management
- Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and process changes with business and technical teams.
- Ensure appropriate testing, validation, and quality assurance activities are completed prior to deployment.
- Oversee change management activities to support user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate implementation readiness activities, including communication, training, and support planning.
- Ensure successful project transitions from implementation to operational support.
Training & User Readiness
- Collaborate with training teams and vendors to develop user training strategies and implementation support plans.
- Ensure user documentation, operational procedures, and support materials are created and maintained.
- Support development of training content, user guides, and process documentation.
- Validate end-user readiness and competency before system go-live activities.
- Ensure adequate support structures and subject matter experts are available during and after implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience managing projects within technology, information systems, digital transformation, or enterprise application environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large healthcare, clinical, enterprise application, or technology implementation projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, clinical applications, or hospital technology environments.
- Experience working with enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and process transformation initiatives.
- Clinical, healthcare, or operational background is advantageous.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
