A leading global agribusiness is hiring a Financial & Operations Analyst within its futures and derivatives division. This role is ideal for someone experienced in FCM operations, client onboarding, and regulatory environments, looking to build and optimise best-in-class operational processes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and account setup processes
• Maintain and reconcile client account data across systems
• Handle account changes, documentation, and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Operations)
• Prepare and manage regulatory documentation and audit support
• Maintain process documentation and improve operational workflows
• Support regulatory exams and ensure adherence to industry standards
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

What you bring:

• Experience in financial operations, preferably within an FCM or regulated environment
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements (SEC, CFTC)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data systems

Nice to have:

• Background in commodities, derivatives, or agribusiness
• Experience with tools like Power BI, SAP, or similar platforms
