Finance Analyst (FP&A | Aerospace)
📍 Lansdale, PA | Hybrid (after onboarding)
We’re hiring a Finance Analyst to join a high-visibility program finance team supporting complex, large-scale programs. This role partners closely with Program Management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial performance, improve decision-making, and enhance profitability.

What You’ll Do
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across key program metrics (Orders, Revenue, Margin, Cash, Shipments)
- Develop and manage Estimates at Completion (EACs) for revenue and margin performance
- Deliver variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
- Build and maintain time-phased program baselines (cost & schedule tracking)
- Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to drive financial outcomes
- Track material spend (CBOM) and production labour performance
- Prepare and present financial insights to senior leadership
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Planning (LRSP)
- Contribute to proposals, audits, and contract negotiations
- Manage financial structures within ERP systems (WBS, charge codes, task assignments)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 years’ experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in aerospace, defence, or complex program environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
- Experience supporting program finance or project-based environments
