Key Responsibilities
๐น Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a team of Sales Consultants (SCs)
๐น Conduct 3-5 coaching sessions per week to support SC performance and professional growth
๐น Lead impactful Friday district meetings that drive education, motivation, and behavioral change
๐น Drive customer engagement through strategic technology solutions and value-added services
๐น Collaborate with SCs to implement strategic sales planning and CRM best practices
๐น Manage key customer relationships, ensuring retention and business growth
๐น Lead product conversion opportunities and oversee national promotions to increase revenue
๐น Execute strategic territory planning, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction
๐น Champion company initiatives, ensuring smooth execution at the district level
What Weโre Looking For
Education:
๐ High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Experience:
๐ผ Minimum 2 years of successful sales growth experience in the foodservice industry
๐ผ 5 years of experience in foodservice sales preferred
