A leading financial services organization is seeking a Lead Strategy Analyst to join its Card Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven strategy, focusing on underwriting, pricing, acquisition, and risk optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute credit underwriting and pricing strategies based on data analysis and customer performance insights.
- Use analytical tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python, or MATLAB) to query data and test new business strategies.
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to evaluate customer behavior and improve decision-making.
- Develop frameworks that balance growth, profitability, and risk.
- Create and maintain reporting processes with strong quality control and automation.
- Present findings clearly to management, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support strategy implementation, validation, and ad-hoc analytics including customer segmentation and competitive assessments.
Qualifications:
