Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Product Leader to drive highly complex, integrated, and strategic initiatives from concept to market validation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery, delivery, and optimization of digital products and experiences across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and elevate customer experiences.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Apply Design Thinking and data-driven insights to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives and build a center of excellence for digital innovation.
• Communicate complex concepts through compelling storytelling to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8 years in digital/technology product management (or 6 with an advanced degree).
• Expertise in strategy, innovation, UX, analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing solutions in multi-channel environments.
• Experience in P&C insurance or similar industries is a plus.
