What You’ll Do
- Analyze advanced claim payment, eligibility, and coordination-of-benefits issues
- Support claims staff by troubleshooting complex cases beyond standard examiner scope
- Partner with configuration teams to test contract setups and ensure accurate auto-adjudication
- Help improve workflows and maintain strong cross-department collaboration
- Work independently while delivering high-quality results
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of HMO/PPO claims experience
- Familiarity with claims processing systems (preferred)
- Strong understanding of benefit programs (Medicaid, HMO, PPO, ASO)
