Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized consultations with clients, showcasing high-end vehicles and highlighting features that meet their preferences and needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options to close sales successfully.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of popular models and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized sales support documentation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, including B2B (business-to-business) sales outreach when applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the buying process, answering questions about automobile features, financing options, and after-sales support.
- Support upselling efforts by identifying additional vehicle accessories or services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette during outbound calls and inquiries while demonstrating excellent communication skills in person and via digital channels.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote our brand and educate potential buyers about our vehicle offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred.
