Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated individual with experience pulling, packing, and shipping orders. The right candidate for this position is self driven and able to work in a fast paced job that involves jumping from role to role to help support our shipping needs.
What you’ll do
- Execute order picking, packing, and stocking activities with a focus on quality control to meet e-commerce demands.
- Process all inbound and outbound shipments ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory management.
- Operate forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Follow up each day on outstanding orders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize parts distribution processes, enhancing overall productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform light assembly work on a wide array of parts.
- Enter and process all related paperwork including pack slips, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with hands-on knowledge of shipping & receiving operations.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking & packing techniques.
- Self-motivated, driven individuals will thrive in this position.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using Quick books, Ship station, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or AS400 software for inventory management.
- Certification for operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Experience using excel.
