Shipping & Receiving Associate

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Pasadena, TX (77503). The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling equipment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate forklift and cherry picker safely and efficiently
- Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect for damages
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Enter and update data in the Oracle system
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving required
- Forklift and cherry picker experience required
- Inventory control experience
- Experience using Oracle system preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a warehouse environment
