Electrical Assembler
Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $2.00/hr for 2nd Shift ($21.00/hr total)
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Full-Time
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Electrical Assembler to join a Power Electronics production team in Katy. This is a great role for someone with good manual skills and a basic understanding of wiring. You will perform mechanical assembly and wiring tasks in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.
What You Need (Requirements)
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as an assembler (electrical or mechanical).
- Tools: Basic experience using hand tools and hardware (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Instructions: Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Schematics and diagrams.
- Physical: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Language: Basic English proficiency (oral and written) to follow safety and production rules.
- High school or GED
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Build & Assemble: Use hand and power tools to build components accurately.
- Check Quality: Inspect parts for defects before assembly and report any issues.
- Stay Organized: Keep your work area clean and efficient following 6S standards.
- Teamwork: Report any factors that might slow down production or affect safety.
