Senior Financial Analyst

SOSi is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our PMO Finance team in El Paso, TX.   The position will support a large language access service contract. This is a collaborative role working with PM, PMO Finance and Corporate Finance.

• Able to quickly learn, understand, and navigate intricacies of the scheduling and finance systems.
• Work daily with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Payroll processing team members.   
• Able to update and support multiple excel data models/files at once and use advanced financial formulas including but not limited to pivot tables, V, X and Y lookups. 
• Will work with the PMO Finance manager to support key stakeholders in supporting reporting requirements.
• Assemble and track weekly reporting metrics such as dollars invoiced, dollars collected, dollars paid out as well as Key Performance Indicators such as accuracy and error rates using data generated internally and/or provided by WLNI.  Report findings to leadership as necessary.
• Look for areas to develop automation of frequently used Excel templates.
• Support PMO finance team, program manager, and stakeholders in various other Ad hoc responsibilities.
• Direct contact with Language Access Providers to answer any questions related to encounters invoicing and payment. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Government Contracting in a financial related field like Project Control, Corporate Finance or Accounting.
• MS Office Proficient, Excel User for 5 plus years.
• Able to learn Advanced Excel user including pivot tables, complex formulas and modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-motivated, energetic, critical thinker that is able to work with diverse team

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos tools.

• Hybrid Position with preferred 2 Days in Office/3 Days Remote.
