SOSi is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner (Mid) to join our team in Tampa, Florida supporting our government customer.
Essential Job Duties
- Conduct research, cyber threat analysis, development of cyber plans, staff estimate briefs and CONOP development efforts
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with other CCMD JCCs, TSOCs, USCYBERCOM, and intelligence agencies involved in cyber planning, synchronization, and integration
- Draft CONOPs, concept plans, OPORDs, OPLANs, FRAGOs, EXORDs, Exercise Directives, Joint Publication products
- Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher HQ
- Provide cyber KM support
Minimum Requirements
- Active TS with SCI eligibility, with current CI poly or ability to obtain one
- 5 years of experience technical or computer network operations and 2 years of related military/civilian experience
- 2 years of experience at CCMD, Joint Staff, other components and leading OCO planning and military OCO plans
- Graduate of one of the following, or ability to complete within 6 months of hiring:
- Joint Attack Course
- Joint Cyber Analysis Course
- Joint Cyberspace Operations Planning Course
- Joint Information Operations Planning Course
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interagency coordination
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment, with possible travel requirements in support of customer
