Location: Central York School District
Pay Rate: $16.32/hr
Shift: First Shift: 2:30am-11:00pm

This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling receptacles
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors
Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies
Assist with event setup and tear-down (e.g., tables, chairs, equipment)
Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs
Ensure building security by locking/unlocking doors as assigned
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Must pass all required background checks and clearances including, but not limited to:
Criminal history check
Child abuse clearance
FBI fingerprinting
