Sorrento Lumber & Concrete

We are seeking someone who wants to win.

Sorrento Lumber & Concrete has been serving South Louisiana for over 80 years. Today, we operate multiple batch plants across the Baton Rouge region and focus heavily on ready-mix concrete for commercial, industrial, civil, and residential projects.

Concrete may look similar from company to company.

Execution does not.

What This Role Really Is

This is a role that is a perfect balance between demand and reward.

You will:

  • Build relationships with contractors, subcontractors, developers, and decision-makers
  • Get involved in projects early and stay engaged through completion
  • Track and manage opportunities inside our CRM platform
  • Understand how jobs are won, lost, delayed, and forecasted
  • Be accountable for growing real volume and long-term customer relationships

You will work closely with dispatch, operations, and QC to make sure what is promised in the field is executed the right way.
