Position Summary
Your Impact (Essential Duties)
- Serve as a day-to-day HR contact for team members and leaders within the region
- Help foster a positive employee experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building
- Support leaders with routine employee questions, coaching conversations, and HR guidance
- Escalate more complex or sensitive employee relations matters as appropriate
- Partner closely with the HRBP Director to support regional people initiatives and organizational needs
- Participate in leadership meetings, team discussions, and team member check-ins
- Help support communication and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with onboarding, integration support, recognition efforts, and employee engagement activities
- Support change management and employee communication efforts during organizational changes
- Coordinate and support core HR processes including hiring, job changes, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Assist with maintaining HR systems and ensuring accurate employee data
- Support performance management processes, goal tracking, and development conversations
- Help ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and HR practices
- Partner with HR Operations and other HR team members to execute processes effectively
- Help promote company values and a people-first culture across the region
- 1–3 years of HR or related professional experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to balance people support with operational execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Genuine passion for people, culture, and employee experience
