What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate invoices, track receivables, and record incoming payments.
- Record and reconcile donations in partnership with the development team.
- Manage credit card transactions and ensure expense policy compliance.
- Assist with reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a nonprofit setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
