Stir Soda is seeking an Accounting clerk to help with AP and AR for our South Texas Operations. This person will be part of the leadership team and help guide the operations of the company. We are a growing company that is a mixture of mobile and permanent locations. We are seeking a team member who can innovate, streamline processes, and help us set up the company in a way that can scale quickly. We are Quickbooks based. We are mostly interested in the right type of personality that is willing to figure things out as we grow, find solutions, and keep building.
Requirements:
- Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online knowledge
- General Accounting Knowledge (bank reconciliation, paying bills, posting receivables, etc)
- "Can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- The ability to document best practices for a growing team
- Willing to share thoughts and ideas for improvement
- Strong team player
