Role Description
We are seeking an inspiring Executive Chef to lead and evolve the culinary identity of Sorrel River Ranch.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping a true farm-to-table dining program built on seasonal, locally sourced, and thoughtfully prepared ingredients. You will oversee all culinary operations across outlets, from refined dining experiences to outdoor and experiential meals under the desert sky.
You will also guide front-of-house collaboration, menu development, inventory management, and service standards—ensuring every dish reflects consistency, intention, and a deep connection to place.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in upscale hospitality
- Strong background in farm-to-table, seasonal, or ingredient-driven cuisine
- Demonstrated ability to lead both kitchen teams and cross-functional F&B operations
- Experience managing food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-oriented approach
- Ability to create memorable dining experiences across multiple formats (indoor, outdoor, event-style service)
- Excellent communication, organization, and team development skills
