Job description
- Reviewing contractor job site safety plans and safe work practices.
- Monitoring contractor compliance to established safety programs and Owner Guidelines.
- Performing and documenting weekly site inspections
- Developing, updating and tracking various safety related reports
- Performing daily observations and completing daily a safety report
- Performing a weekly safety walk with contractor and documenting the results.
- Interacting with plant safety and contractor safety.
- Tracking safety incidents and providing follow-up as required by Owner and governing agencies.
- OSHA 30 Hr.
- Five (5) years in Construction Management
- Three (3) years in Automotive Construction (GM preferred)
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
