Dispatcher - Tue. Thru Sat. (Sun. & Mon. Off)

The days and hours for this position are as follows:

Sunday Off, Monday Off, Tuesday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Wednesday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Thursday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm, Saturday work from home 7:45am to 4:15pm, Mountain Standard Time

**You will be required to work in the office everyday except Saturday.**

Job Summary:

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team.

This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duty functions.

• Monitor and Dispatch work orders and ensure completion in required time frame.
• Complete finance report at completion of each Work order.
• Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
• Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work being completed.
• Working as a team to complete projects.
• Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Forward minded and goal driven
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite
• Able to work well without constant supervision

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office & Excel
• Previous experience dispatching
• Good with time management
• Very Organized
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY: Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
