📍 Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – ~50% onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Business Architect to lead finance transformation strategy initiatives for a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role is ideal for senior professionals who combine deep Oracle Fusion Finance expertise with executive-level communication, assessment leadership, and business transformation capabilities.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have led enterprise-scale finance transformation assessments and can confidently engage with executive stakeholders, facilitate strategic workshops, and develop structured transformation artifacts and roadmaps.

Key Focus Areas

Candidates should possess deep expertise in at least one of the following domains:

• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C / OTC)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy Development

• Define and articulate future-state Finance vision enabled by Oracle Fusion
• Translate business objectives into a compelling transformation roadmap
• Identify opportunities to modernize, standardize, and digitize finance operations
• Develop “art of the possible” transformation strategies for enterprise clients

Process Transformation

• Conduct current-state assessments across finance processes and operating models
• Lead future-state process design aligned to Oracle Fusion best practices
• Drive scalable and standardized process transformation initiatives
• Produce high-quality executive-ready assessment deliverables and transformation artifacts

Oracle Fusion Enablement & Roadmap

• Support long-term Oracle Fusion migration strategy and planning
• Define foundational architecture, governance, sequencing, and transformation approach
• Advise clients on Oracle-enabled operating model changes and organizational impacts
• Partner with functional and technical teams to align transformation objectives

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and alignment meetings
• Engage directly with Finance, Business, and IT leadership
• Present recommendations and strategic direction clearly to senior stakeholders
• Influence decision-making across complex enterprise environments

Required Qualifications :

• 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation and Oracle ERP programs
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience in R2R, O2C, or P2P
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale assessments and transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to create structured assessment outputs, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Experience interacting directly with CIOs, CFOs, Finance Leadership, and Transformation Offices
• Ability to lead workshops and drive strategic discussions independently
• Experience defining future-state operating models and process transformation strategies

Preferred Qualifications :

• Oracle Fusion Finance implementation or transformation leadership experience
• Experience in large enterprise Oracle migration programs
• Consulting background with strong client-facing leadership capabilities
• MBA or relevant Finance/ERP certifications preferred
