Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with social media planning, content creation, and engagement.
- Create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support branding and promotional initiatives.
Sales & Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests.
- Process orders and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer accounts.
- Support onboarding of new commercial customers.
Business Development
- Research new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities within commercial, retail, online, and government sectors.
- Assist with sales presentations, market research, and growth initiatives.
- Support lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Trade Shows & Events
- Help coordinate trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and lead tracking.
- Support post-event follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
