Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic House Painter to transform residential and commercial spaces with precision and creativity. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, varnishes, and sealants accurately.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project scope and specifications for residential and commercial painting jobs.
• Execute specialized tasks including industrial painting.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols on construction sites or renovation areas while handling scaffolding and working at heights.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects or construction sites to ensure timely completion of painting tasks aligned with project schedules.

Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience in residential and commercial painting with a strong understanding of construction estimating and project planning.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; basic math skills are essential for measurements and calculations.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, scrapers, as well as power tools including airless sprayers and drills.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and experience working on renovation or restoration projects.
• Strong work ethic with handyman experience or background in carpentry, framing or remodeling is highly desirable. Join us to bring vibrant transformations to life! Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
