What You’ll Do
- Run sales appointments with homeowners (company-provided & self-generated leads).
- Present solutions using our proven F7 Sales Operating System.
- Accurately scope projects using PaintScout estimating software.
- Follow up on open proposals until they close or are disqualified.
- Maintain a full, healthy pipeline through both assigned and self-generated opportunities.
- Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Able to run 3 appointments per day and maintain a full sales pipeline.
Compensation Structure
- Paid Training Period: Base pay for onboarding & F7 mastery.
- Post-Training: 100% commission — no cap on earnings.
- Performance Incentives: Monthly bonuses for hitting or exceeding KRAs, plus additional incentives for 5-star reviews and referrals.
Performance Expectations
- Close Rate: ≥ 30% on issued leads.
- NSLI: ≥ $2,000.
- Revenue: $25K sold per week (post-ramp).
- F7 Process Adherence: ≥ 90%.
- Self-Gen Leads: Meet weekly target.
