POSITION SUMMARY
Sony Corporation of America (SCA)is seeking aBankAdministrationAnalyst. The position will provideprimarysupport foroverall administration of bank accounts and online banking systems.This position requires someone with great attention to detail, communication,interpersonaland organizational skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank administration functions:
Establishing andmaintainingonlineuserIDs, proper entitlementprovisioningand account services
Open and close bank accounts, both internationally and domesticallywhile adhering tocompliance guidelines
Create and managevariousbanking structuresin accordance withcorporate policy, ensuring all accounts and services are properly authorized and maintained
Maintain signatoriesas well asOfficers / Directors at banks
Track andmaintainaccuratebank account and signerlistsin central repository
Properorganization of files and documentation
Process encashment requestsand other bank branch requests
Process andmonitorencashmentsand other branch-related banking requestsin accordance withinternal procedures
Bank Fees:
Track,monitorand report monthly bank fees
Analyzefeesto ensure proper billingand make recommendations to reduce fees where possible
Primary contact for addressing and reporting fraud items to internal resources
Keypartner between internal business units,ITand external banking partners
Ensure documentation aroundprocesses is current
Identifyand implementimprovementsto streamline and automateprocesses
Assistwithaccountingandaudit requests, annual audit of bank accounts and ad hoc requests
Back up support for Treasury Operations team
Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
Your qualifications and experience should include:
College degree preferred
5 years related work experience preferred
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles,bankingproductsand terminology
Proficiencywith MS Office isrequired(especially Excel)
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, computer, organizational,analyticaland problem-solving skills
Must be very detailed-oriented, able to prioritize duties and able to meet a variety of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to take initiatives on their ownan
Mustbe authorized towork in the USA

The target annualized base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $75,000.In addition to the annual base salary, this role has an annual bonus target of5%.Theindividual will be paid hourly and eligible for overtime. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
