About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand and design systems across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design work.
