Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts with small, medium, and large farming operations within the Sonsray Machinery AG dealer territory.
- Drive new business development to achieve sales volume, revenue growth, and gross profit goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Sell the company’s full range of offerings, including new and used equipment, short lines, rentals, parts, and services.
- Generate new accounts through cold calling, networking, and in-person customer visits.
- Coordinate closely with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide equipment demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Regularly travel to visit existing customers and prospect new clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives.
- Minimun 3-5 years experience inagricultural machinery, heavy equipment sales, or heavy truck dealership industry preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Strong self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and general internet functions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to comply with all road safety rules, traffic laws, and Auto/Equipment Safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
