- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within accounting operations

- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide insights and analysis to support business decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading accounting teams in mid-to-large organizations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments
- Background in multi-entity or multi-location organizations
- Experience with system implementations or transformations
