Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical (prior period) data to identify pricing, revenue, and productivity patterns across hearing aid clinics.
- Build and maintain forecasting models for pricing impact, demand, capacity, appointment utilization, and dispenser/clinical productivity.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess potential pricing changes, scheduling adjustments, or capacity changes.
- Develop dashboards and regular reports to communicate insights to clinic leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue realization, reduce bottlenecks in patient flow, and increase clinic throughput without compromising care.
- Clean, merge, and validate data from multiple sources (billing, scheduling, inventory, EHR/clinic systems) while ensuring data privacy and governance.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests and assist in preparing documentation of methods and model assumptions.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in pricing, healthcare analytics, and improving clinic productivity.
- U.S. work authorization or eligible to work in the U.S. (on-site or remote, as applicable).
- Coursework or experience in forecasting, econometrics, optimization, or revenue management.
- Exposure to pricing analytics or revenue optimization projects.
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards and data governance best practices.
- Prior internship or project work in a healthcare, retail, or service operations context.
- Programming experience in Python or R (data processing, basic modeling, and visualization).
- Familiarity with time-series forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing, Prophet) and basic predictive modeling.
- A portfolio of analyses focused on past periods and forward-looking forecasts for pricing and clinic productivity.
- Forecast models with documented assumptions, limitations, and scenario analyses.
- Interactive dashboards and regular management reports that inform pricing and scheduling decisions.
- Clear data documentation, data quality checks, and reproducible analysis workflows.
- A self-starter who enjoys solving problems with data and communicating insights.
