Estimator / Project Manager – Concrete & Foundation Construction
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to take a lead role in bidding and managing concrete and foundation projects throughout Sonoma, Marin, and the North Bay.
Foundations, structural concrete, and site work. If you know it, you know it.
This is a key position for someone who not only manages projects, but also takes ownership of pursuing and securing work.
We’re not looking for someone to just track schedules and emails. We need someone who can coordinate the work, make decisions, and take ownership of the job from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for foundations and structural concrete
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients, field teams, and vendors
- Track job costs, change orders, and overall project performance
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete construction estimating and/or project management
- Strong understanding of foundations and structural concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard estimating/project tools
